Questions and answers
How much does a consultation cost?
Nothing. The consultation is free.
Do you sell insurance directly, or are you a comparison site?
We are a licensed independent agency. We compare plans from multiple carriers, explain the trade-offs, and help you enroll if you decide to.
Which carriers do you work with?
We work with a range of carriers across life, vision, health, and dental insurance. Tell us what matters most to you, and we’ll narrow it down to the plans that actually fit.
What should I bring to my appointment?
- A photo ID
- Your current policy’s declarations page, if you have one
- A list of any prescriptions or providers you want to keep
- Any documents you uploaded during booking — we’ll already have them
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. You can manage your appointment yourself at any time without needing to contact us.
Look at the confirmation email you received when you booked. Click the “Manage Appointment” button in that email. From there, you can instantly pick a new time or cancel your appointment entirely.
If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can always reach us directly:
Which states do you serve?
We are licensed to serve clients in TX, OH, GA, CO, AZ, NC, SC, AL, IA, MI, TN, ND, IN, DE, and LA. If you are outside these states, we can point you to resources for your area, but we cannot help you enroll.
How quickly will I hear back after booking?
You will receive an instant confirmation with your appointment details. If anything needs clarification, we get back to you within one business day.
Is my information safe?
Yes. See our privacy notice for what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted. We do not sell your information, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, or bank and card details through this site.
